Cormac McAnallen was born on 11 February 1980 and lived in the Brantry, a rural area in Dungannon.
Heart disease is the most common cause of unexpected sudden death in all age groups.
A banquet organised by Club Tyrone in early February 2005 raised £121,000 for the Trust.
The ABC for Life programme was launched in February 2005 at Queen’s University Belfast.
